We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please read our return policy before placing an order.
⏳ Return Timeframe
You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
✅ When You Can Return
You can return your order if:

It is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

You have a receipt or proof of purchase

It arrived damaged, broken, or incorrect
Important: A clear unboxing video is required showing the package being opened. Without this video, we cannot accept a return.

No unboxing video provided

Return request after 5 days

No valid reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong shade)

Sale items or gift cards
🛑 Returns Without Damage (Change of Mind)
If you want to return a product that has no damage or issue:

It must be sealed and unused

You agree to pay both-way shipping charges

A ₹300 handling fee will be deducted from your refund

Refund will be given only after we receive and check the returned product

Once approved, we’ll share the return address and instructions. Please don’t send products without approval – they won’t be accepted.
💸 Refund Process
After we get and inspect your return:

If approved, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method

Refund will be minus applicable charges, including the ₹300 handling fee (if applicable)
