At RB COSMETICS, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in packaging and shipping your products, but in rare cases where something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following case:

• Accept returns for both defective and non-defective products

📸 Required: Unboxing Video

To process any return claim, the customer must provide a clear unboxing video showing:

• The outer package

• The complete unboxing process

• The damaged or broken product

⚠️ Returns without video proof will not be accepted.

• The unboxing video

• A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• No Valid Reasons for Return

• You changed your mind or selected the wrong item

If you still wish to return the product for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), you may do so only if:

• The product is sealed and unused

• You agree to cover both-way delivery charges

• A ₹200 handling & processing charge will be deducted from the refund amount

• The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method
